1.Fluorescent ink:
Fluorescent ink is made by dissolving fluorescent materials in corresponding resins. The particles of fluorescent pigments are generally coarse, and there are also many types of binders. Different binders will produce different fluorescence. When using fluorescent ink, it should be ensured that it has sufficient concentration and the ink layer on the printed product should be thicker to ensure satisfactory fluorescence effect. After screen printing, fluorescent ink produces bright colors and excellent decoration effects. Under the action of visible light and ultraviolet light, it can emit sparkling fluorescence.
2.Photosensitive color changing ink:
The photoinitiator in UV ink is a compound that is easily excited by light. After absorbing light, it is excited into free radicals, and the energy is transferred to photosensitive molecules or photo crosslinking agents, causing UV ink to undergo photo curing reaction. UV ink has become a relatively mature ink technology, with almost zero pollutant emissions. In addition to being solvent-free, UV ink also has advantages such as being difficult to paste, having clear dots, bright and bright ink colors, excellent chemical resistance, and low usage.
3.Light storage and phosphorescent inks:
Luminescent pigments are prepared using certain phosphorescent inorganic fluorescent materials such as zinc sulfide, copper fluorescent materials, calcium sulfide, bismuth fluorescent materials, etc. Inorganic fluorescent substances emit light through crystals. If pressure is applied, the crystals will break, resulting in a decrease in luminescence. Therefore, screen printing is generally more suitable, and the ink carrier is mixed with the fluorescent substance during use. The characteristic of phosphorescent ink is to absorb light and emit it at a certain wavelength for a certain period of time. The pigment of this ink is zinc sulfide containing a small amount of impurities (such as cadmium zinc sulfide), which is sensitive to acid and alkali. Therefore, neutral resins such as cyclohexanone resin, cellulose ester, and ether are required to be used. In addition, heavy metals, desiccants, and drying oils should not be added to ink to avoid damaging pigment substances. The connecting material used should be transparent and able to pass through ultraviolet rays. This type of ink is mainly used for printing advertisements and signs, but if phosphorescent ink is mixed with fluorescent ink for anti-counterfeiting packaging printing, it can achieve good packaging decoration and anti-counterfeiting effects.
4.Printing special ink:
Printing ink is mainly composed of a mixture of colorants, fillers, binders, etc. The selection of colorants is an important factor in determining the color and brightness of printed products. Many manufacturers and ink factories customize specialized inks for each product‘s printing, and the formula is kept confidential by the ink factory.
5.Composite Ink:
After mixing two or more anti-counterfeiting inks in a certain proportion, composite inks with new properties can be developed. If the ink formula is not fully mastered, it will be difficult to replicate.
6.Other anti-counterfeiting screen printing inks:

Natural drying or drying at 130 ℃ for 3 minutes. Metal, glass, ceramic anti-counterfeiting ink. Suitable for printing metal temperature indicators, color changing glass water bottles, color changing milk cups, ceramic tea sets and other gifts. Made of 70-100 mesh polyester mesh, it can print 10-20m2 per kilogram of ink. The drying conditions are 25 ℃, 48h or 120 ℃, 45min. Glass and ceramic sticker transfer paper anti-counterfeiting special ink. Suitable for printing on glass and ceramic decal paper, using 150-200 mesh polyester mesh and drying conditions at 200 ℃ for 20 minutes after water transfer. Water based anti-counterfeiting ink and printing paste. Suitable for printing on paper, cotton, woven fabrics, T-shirts, sportswear, etc., using 80-150 mesh polyester mesh, each kilogram of ink can print about 20m2 (less for cotton fabrics), drying conditions at 130 ℃ for 3 minutes.
