The laminating process refers to the processing technology of using transparent plastic film to be hot pressed onto the surface of the substrate, and then using adhesive to heat and press it together to form a paper plastic integrated printing product.

Film covering can provide protection, enhance gloss, and extend service life. Commonly used plastic films include glossy film and matte film.

The characteristics of the lamination process mainly include:

(1) Products covered with glossy film have a bright surface and strong expressive power, and are often used in product printing;

(2) The surface of products covered with matte film does not reflect light, is elegant, and is often used for image printing.

Hot stamping technology

The hot stamping process uses the principle of hot pressure transfer to transfer the aluminum layer in the electroplated aluminum to the surface of the substrate to form a special metallic effect. As the main material used for hot stamping is electroplated aluminum foil, hot stamping is also known as electroplated aluminum hot stamping.

The characteristics of hot stamping technology mainly include:
