Elimination methods: First of all, the paper roll is not on the paper frame for visual inspection, followed by a palm or metal tube on both sides of the paper roll to hit, if the sound of the hit is inconsistent, that is, the paper roll rewinding tightness of the problem.
(2) Description of the problem: the end of the paper roll has traces of water immersion, or paper roll packaging has glue residue, so that the phenomenon of adhesion between the paper, which can easily lead to the printing process to interrupt the paper.
Elimination method: use a small grinding wheel on the soaking or glue residues and other parts of the grinding to ensure that there is no adhesion between the paper, at the same time with a red crayon marking, printing to mark the place in advance to slow down the printing speed, generally decelerate to 6.5m / s or so, the processed rolls will not occur when the paper breaks.
02 Improper maintenance of equipment

Troubleshooting method: Firstly, check whether the brake pads of the paper frame accumulate too much dust or wear seriously, clean up the accumulated dust and adjust the gap of the brake pads or replace the brake pads with new ones; secondly, check whether there is any accumulation of ink and dust on the three rolls and the guide rolls, and whether there is any problem of smoothness of the rolls and looseness of the bearings. (2) Description of the problem: in the long-term embossing process, the surface of the rubber blanket by the ink, fountain solution, paper residues and other erosion, the rubber layer is prone to peeling, blistering, aging and other problems, flatness, elasticity and recovery ability are affected, the ink transfer performance of the rubber blanket is reduced. Especially at the edge of the blanket will often appear cracks raised, when the paper embossed by the pressure of the blanket impact, the paper tension drops dramatically, it is very easy to lead to paper cuts.
Elimination method: according to the print run regularly (generally about two months) to replace the rubber blanket, if the surface of the rubber blanket removed is still in good condition, you can pave the ground to allow its elasticity to recover. 03 other broken paper
(1) Description of the problem: due to environmental temperature and humidity, individual suppliers of ink production viscosity increase, the rubber blanket in the transfer of ink and paper contact, the peeling tension of the paper will increase, when the tension beyond the scope of adjustment, easy to break the paper phenomenon.
Troubleshooting: First of all, reasonable control of newspaper printing workshop temperature and humidity, where conditions permit, the workshop temperature is maintained at 20 ~ 25 ℃, the humidity is maintained at 55% ~ 65%; Secondly, check the ink batch, pay special attention to the summer ink and winter ink is not confused with the use of individual ink viscosity is too large, you can add the appropriate amount of removing viscosity or increase the frequency of ink churning.
(2) Description of the problem: individual drum did not receive a long car running signal (electrical failure), resulting in paper running and drum running speed difference, the phenomenon of starting that breaks the paper.
