Stamping temperature

Generally speaking, the adhesive layer and the peeling layer should be matched to use.
The impact of paper surface properties
(1) dynamic, static friction coefficient: the indicator indirectly reflects the smoothness of the surface of the print, in general, too smooth surface is not conducive to hot stamping and adhesion.
(2) surface tension: the surface tension of the paper is generally measured with a dyne pen. Gravure printing with ordinary paper surface tension can generally meet the printing production requirements, non-absorbent substrate for UV printing, the requirements of the surface tension of 38dyn/cm or more is good. The surface tension of the product to be stamped is generally required to reach 36dyn/cm or more.
(3) Ink layer thickness: the thinner the ink layer at the stamping location, the easier it is to stamp and adhere.
(4) Base paper surface properties: non-absorbent paper (such as aluminized paper) than absorbent paper (such as coated paper, white cardboard, etc.) stamping India high.
