Accurately pasting printing plates
1. The base of the printed version must be square;
2. The base and the strip must be level;
3. The centerline of the printing plate must be straight and run vertically;
4. Draw a box type diagram of the cardboard box on the substrate for more accurate pasting;
5. Retain the cross markings on the printed version as the basis for measuring parallelism and data.

Printing plate should be pasted flat
If the printing plate is not flat, there will be phenomena such as printing paste and dot blockage. The main reason for uneven printing plate pasting is that when applying double-sided tape, bubbles appear when the tape is attached to the plate, causing the surface with bubbles to protrude higher than other areas of the printing plate. So the force applied during printing is different, causing printing quality issues. So when pasting, it is important to pay attention to the flatness of the double-sided tape, which is a very important matter.
Printing plate with warping
If the contact between the printing plate and the printing roller surface is not tight, it will cause the printing plate to tilt upwards. The raised part is highly susceptible to ink infiltration and may pop open, causing the popped up printing plate to be damaged or lost during the printing process. This is one of the main reasons for the warping of the printing plate, so when using adhesive tape, it must have good adhesion and withstand a certain temperature. After the first printing is completed, the printing plate should be edge sealed or sealed firmly with waterproof adhesive paper.
