Bleeding is not always 3mm and should be treated separately for different products.
- For offset books, the spine of cover 2, cover 3 and the 5mm position around the spine must be made white and have a 3mm bleed;
- No bleed on the center line of the saddle stitch books;
- Iron ring binding and adhesive tape binding of the front cover and back cover, must be surrounded by 3mm bleed;
- Text hardcover: width of the finished size of the inner core must be added on the basis of 3mm, the height of the finished size of the inner core on the basis of unchanged, the spine must be added on the basis of the thickness of the inner core must be done 5mm, the soft back must be done 10mm, the bleed must be done 10mm ~ 20mm;
- Iron ring inside the hardcover: width on the basis of the finished size of the inner core plus 6mm, height on the basis of the finished size of the inner core remains unchanged, the spine according to the thickness of the inner core (consult the post-press service department), the soft back must be done 6mm, the bleed must be done 10mm ~ 20mm;
- Iron ring outside the hardcover: width must be added 6mm on the basis of the finished size of the inner core, height is unchanged on the basis of the finished size of the inner core, bleed must be 10mm~20mm.
