How to set the bleed of various printed materials?

After any manuscript is printed, it needs to be cut to become a finished product, and there will inevitably be errors in the cutting.
Therefore, when designing, a 3mm area will be added around the finished size to prevent important content from being cut out or white edges from being left due to cutting errors. These purposely left safe areas are bleeds.
The bleed line is used to mark which parts of the picture need to be cut off the line, the bleed line outside the area will be cut off before the binding of the print, so it is also known as the cut line.
The general print bleed position is 3mm by default, for example, the size of the finished print is 210*285mm, the design needs to set the size of 216*291mm (i.e., surrounded by 3mm on each side).
Bleed position
① Need to cut the print must be done to bleed and cut line;
② Business card size of the finished product, you must do 2mm bleed, double-sided printing must be front and back to do the cutting line;
③ Finished products exceeding the size of business cards must have a bleed of 3mm;
④ machine cutting, must do 2mm~3mm bleed (new note: if the background color is the same, can also be cut in one cut);
⑤ Manual cutting, must do one cut.
Note: The finished product is less than 25mm cannot be cut normally.
Bleed reference for all kinds of books
A.The binding book must be made white on the spine of cover 2, cover 3 and the position of 5mm around the spine, and make 3mm bleed;
B. Riding binding must not do bleeding on the center line position;
C. Iron ring binding and adhesive tape binding of the front cover back cover, must be done around 3mm bleed;
D.text hardcover: the width of the finished size of the inner core must be added on the basis of 3mm, the height of the finished size of the inner core on the basis of unchanged, the spine on the basis of the thickness of the inner core plus must be done 5mm, the soft back must be done 10mm, the bleed must be done 10 ~ 20mm;
E.Iron ring inside the hardcover: width of the finished size of the inner core on the basis of 6mm, height of the finished size of the inner core on the basis of unchanged, the spine according to the thickness of the inner core (consult the Department of Post-Printing Services), the soft back must be done 6mm, the bleed must be done 10~20mm;
F.Iron ring outside the hardcover: width must be added 6mm on the basis of the finished size of the inner core, height is unchanged on the basis of the finished size of the inner core, bleed must be 10~20mm.
