The solubility and viscosity of ink

Ink degradation, solvent imbalance, excessive dilution, and solvent impact not only affect printing performance, but also damage ink structure, causing pigment and resin oil separation, often significantly reducing the gloss of the ink layer.

Linking materials

Linking materials not only play a role in dispersing pigments, but also in protecting pigments and presenting gloss. Adding an appropriate amount of ink adjusting oil within the allowable range of color concentration can improve the gloss of the ink layer to a certain extent.

Drying speed of ink

Generally speaking, reducing the drying speed of ink appropriately is beneficial for improving the gloss of the ink layer. If the ink dries too quickly, the ink color after overprinting is prone to whitening and appears dull. If the ink dries too slowly, adhesion and other faults may occur, causing the ink layer to lose its luster.

Printing environment

During the printing process, the solvent evaporates quickly and the ink film dries quickly.
