After packaging products through offset printing, post press treatments such as polishing and die-cutting are required, which require equipment and manpower. Adopting a flexographic printing machine that integrates printing and post press processing, all processes can be completed in one go, which not only saves equipment investment but also reduces the consumption caused by inter process turnover, shortening the production cycle. Its efficiency is incomparable to offset printing. In addition, the durability of flexographic printing plates can usually reach 1 to 3 million times, while offset printing plates can only be printed hundreds of thousands of times after processing. Therefore, although the cost of flexographic plate making is high, the durability of the plate material is also high, and the average plate making cost of a single product is equivalent to the average plate making cost of long-life parts.
